Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is more than policies, programs, or headcounts. Equitable employers outpace their competitors by respecting the unique needs, perspectives and potential of all their team members. As a result, diverse and inclusive workplaces earn deeper trust and more commitment from their employees. Businesses need to include diversity, equity, and inclusion because it shows consumers and employees that you are not afraid to give opportunities to all people. Everyone deserves an opportunity to show their work skills, and having DEI in a business gives everyone a chance.
